I edit legendary items. But when I enter the game, a random bonus comes in and it becomes level 1. Is there a person who can make a little video about how to do it or tell me about it via pm?

So I changed it and used it(2020/2021 tables). I was only able to use it offline. I can't use it online. I don't understand where I'm making a mistake.
