FearLess Cheat Engine

Does the add resource function work? Can't seem to see any visible effect after using it.

Is there anyway to increase cyber capacity other than the shards? they're really hard to come by, grinded for hours and only getting one on a random mob.

So how do I add spells? Can't find the section that does this.
