Last time I used mods that tinker with game rules they just 'seemed' to unlock achievements but did not work in the end. Did you confirm that your suggestion works? You gotta use CompactDisc's table extension along with it. It lets you unlock the achievements while playing with mods, ruler designer...

i tested the achievements pointer with and without ck+, and i think the problem is the "no game rules disable achievements". When i used mods that alter the checksum, but not alter game rules, the results, if i stick to not forbidden rules, is ok, and i received achievements. In CKplus the rules don...
