Is there a way to change the staff skills from usable when played as into something actually helpful? I.E fast draw into medic? Something like no troublemakers, but for other skills? No, you'd just have to edit the staff member's stats individually. How would one do that? Whatever I do with the edi...

Enable health dec. hook, and set the flag to infinite health. You can even open the script and set the flags default (i.e.: 1 for infinite health).

In both mov rax,[r??+000000C0] is where the base is read. You might be able to find something that accesses it more reliably or you might have to backtrace it more to see where that base gets set.

Why is it that the backpack editor doesnt show all the items? i know that the table recognize the weapon name etc, in my inventory i see the "firearm_rifle_space_command" etc, but when i want to change a different item that weapon its not anywhere on the list? if it is something you need to manuall...

The problem is about 90% don't even read the post the table is in. I have an "errors and bugs" section in all my table posts. It's bold and red, and it explains what to do with an error in the table. Only about 5-10% follow the instructions. The rest will say they didn't see it. I even have a logger...
