I'm playing on Steam version
I can't check the "Equipment stats editor" like your screen
I can just check "Lists" line
When I right click, It says "Error while scanning for AOB's : equip_edit Error: Not all results found"

Best timing I had
It was late so I just dowloaded the eq stat editor table and was thinking "I'll see tomorrow"
And during the night, the game is updated and the table doesn't work
