Open the bag and the selected item will have the amount you desire. The value won't appear to change until you gain something.

It is completely free, you can use hotkeys which are the keys on your keyboard.

The hotkeys do not work every option tells you it is a pro feature... Also I am not retarded, I know what the hotkeys are.

More information would be helpful then. Are you using Steam or Ubisoft+ version?
