What do I use to open the .CT file?

you need to have cheat engine installed and then you can click the ct. and open it using cheat engine

thoug wont that mean that if their in a spot that blocks you and you use a distraction it wont work? or when they need to move it wont happen? like with roxy in roxy raceway?

i tried to use it for the first time in the chica tutorial thing tried to see if she wouldnt kill me if i got to close.. didnt work, thoug that problaby due to the fact that i literraly ran into her
