If you're emulating on Ryujinx, it detects if you also have RF4S in the games list! Not sure if you need to actually have a save file or just the game, but I've got Doug and Margaret visiting just fine.

Possible fix for the above? Make sure that the item that is going to be replaced is a 'like item'. It seems like it's basically the same item, wearing the image of another item, which is probably why if you try to overwrite a turnip with a stone, it causes problems. Can anyone confirm? Are you sure CE is focused on the right thing? I see in your screenshot it has Ryujinx.exe listed. In my case the table works and I can check boxes just fine, but it's focused on the instance of the game, not Ryujinx alone.
