The "Uncap" level is set too high I think, I'm guessing you set it to 150?
Lv150 is an uncap level of 6 (uncapping it 6 times)

If your accessory abilities are greyed out, you need to either level up the accessory or use the option in the table to max them out, believe its the one called 'Instant Enhancing Accessories'
