So something on my PC is preventing FR from connecting and I don't know what. I tried running FR on a laptop with a fresh Win7 install and it works but not on my gaming PC where it is actually needed.
No other programs have trouble connecting to the internet so it has to be a bug with FR.

I get a pac man in the middle of the screen but nothing ever happens. It continues to use more and more ram but never actually opens.
