You can still bring ppl from final mission, just had it done today. Make sure they hit the chest once you get into outrider camp and maybe talk to Tiago

anything you can do to skip straight to expeditions from start of game, bringing someone in on final mission dont seem to do it anymore

that what the dumper is for you run that what a few mins for it to do its thing then click get the ids when you have the gun or armor open
