i cant get the 3.1 controls shop to work

Catch all pokemon
Steal trainer pokemon
Infinite items
Change wild pokemon
Change/modify stats
Walk through walls
Movespeed

Also teleports would be nice, teleport to waypoint or saved marker, etc.

Already checked off those 3 options in settings and still getting the error. Im surprised and sad that nobody is making one of these :/
