Is there some sort of trigger I am missing for maxed skills? I hit it, and it does nothing. I do something related, and it does nothing. Massive Items does do something.
Edit: Just took a while to kick in. Working as intended.

Unfortunately no. Still get spotted and instafailed. It's the dumb fuck Rusivet mission with the hero unit. So maybe some file can change how her stealth power works so it makes her completely undetectable? I looked through the game files. But, either unit stats aren't easily accessible, or are just...

Gems are in 4byte. Grab 9 of them to find the value then edit from there.

So, the launcher doesn't pass the allowconsole parameter to the game itself. So you have to Bypass the launcher and run "binaries/win64/xcom.exe -allowconsole"
