Just an FYI: there is a neat tool out there called [ACViewer]. And - among (a lot of) others things - it also produces a (full) list of inventoryItems: [ https://ibb.co/n12Dbry ]... => names are internal, as actual shown names are - obviously - in one's chosen language. But most of them are "clear" ...

^ I'm sure it can be done. The problem with this is how it is en/disabled. Which can be done technically by just setting a 1-byte flag... up to changing a pointer_reference. @Dummyray: if you mean with 'Base address' the base/start of your game_exe - and you do not mind using Lua - then $proces will give you that address.
