Question, do you suspect what type of value is TC? I could start a game with a team with max negative TC and play friendlies, and after each friendly, trie to narrow it down. It would be good to at least narrow down the type.

Sounds complicated... If you have a big team the TC grows up only after you play with all your players, or if they train long enough together, much longer than playing games. So it's probably something dynamic based on together playing time. Hell knows.

I have one activation left, if you want I can give it to you so you can test it, pm if you need it. The bottom line is that when you open FMRTE the players that are supposedly healed are shown as still injured, consistent with the training issue.

@tfigment - I noticed something. If you use the designated player/players injury for 1 day the game still sees the player as injured and you can't setup training intensity and not sure if the player counts as training, while in the Player History/Injury the injury is still counting. I fixed the issu...
