You can do that in cheat engine with the table here, check the highlighted equipped weapon and the max value you can put on level is 255, but fair warning that is a double edged sword. I tried to get the void heart using summon Relic_Consumable_VoidHeart_C from the command line and it appears that summon is not recognized. So, then I tried to add the item in cheat manager and it is still not recognized. it's not from base world so you can't summon it unless you're in Alepsis-Taur...

Just wanna say thanks for the work on the table. Also might be of interest to some people, if you put shadowflash lvl3 and either intense velocity lvl3 or careful study lvl3 on the same character, it for some reason perma activates the speed buff.
