I see that the Armor stats offset is 28 and it's pointer is utilized to determine which stats are on the armor, however weapons do not have a pointer at offset 28. Even when adding a pointer the skills do not show up. Has anyone figured this out? Is there any way to change the skills on a weapon? I ...
