FearLess Cheat Engine

i have a question, do we know how the cheat detection system works? i am trying to get a character leveled for a multiplayer game, and want to know if using the inf (hp, stam, FP) but not adding any items or altering any attributes will get it flagged when i go online again. it worked fine in DS 1-3...

i tried finding the demo charges, came back with 3 different 4byte adresses, tried altering one and the game crashed. all the other things appear to have just moved, i can find the O2/fuel float easily enough and change it to whatever number, but the table needs an update...also i would please like ...
