So, until the console command thing cheat gets fixed, here's a way to kinda-sorta use console commands at the start of the game, by way of using the on_startup on_action. I fixed it, kinda.

Certain things affect the AI, like minimum PP, war support, and stability. This is beyond my ability to fix.

But, focus, research, construction, production, and refitting all only apply to the player, as far as I've been able to test.

None of the scripts, except for the initializer and the Colossus one, can be activated. This is with the "stellaris_v2-0-1-fb8b_Steam_Ub_WG_DD02_HV_PATRONS_CE67_S81_T51.CT" version. Probably because it conflicted with something else, or he was unable to find the relevant code section, but wanted to get the table out as quickly as possible.
