This should works. One of the cheats seems to force my entire party directly to Lv. 9999 without the associated stat growth. Not sure which one, as once triggered it stays in memory until the game is closed. Update - Add sorting to Property List and allow manual entry so you can type first couple letters then select the property that you want.
