attach winlogon.exe before edit script https://i.imgur.com/haClISh.png already attach winlogon, and still show the error :( u can try run CE as Admin rights and turn off f***ing UAC :-) mb it solve your problem already followed your advice, and still same already run CE as administrator, disable UA...

use windows 10 64bit , and CE 7.1, instal on Disk D:
already follow the step, but always error
already attach winlogon, and still show the error
