While the game accepts numbers above 98, they're normally not possible to reach. When you go from level 7-98 to 7-99, you're instead given a cutscene that shows a special ending. This makes 7-98 the highest level you can reach in normal gameplay.

Some notes on the existing cheat table, as many locations do not place you on the correct stage number: "Space" is Cosmic Ocean, this should start at 7-5 and it goes to 7-98 (seriously!). -An option to start at either of these points would be extremely helpful.
