Has anyone figured out how to change the price increases for some powers like Claim Territory?

For inspiration you just have to change the offset from +438 to + 498. I haven't looked at the other yet. Yep, that did the trick; thanks. Groot provided a 1 turn research table on the first page, although presumably it will need to be updated for the latest patch. I didn't actually check whether it has a fixed offset in relation to the other resource values, since I personally never felt much need to tinker with it. I may look at it ...

Anyone figure out how to change the culture/warfare/improvement points? Every time I think I narrow them down, the value changes are ignored. Only the turn count seems to work.
