What's the point if the huge chunk of the map is locked? You've got access maybe to 1/8th of the map... Because reading up on the build pre-steam release has the Sledgehammer, Axe, Rifle, Expert Lockpicking ... all the available skills in game ... Plus being able to BUILD structures. Using the max ...

Is there a way to artificially bypass the lvl 20 cap in 0.6.0.8 ? Started a fresh save with the hotkey boosting me to 20 but capped preventing Skill Tree unlocks set to 99.
