My Google Chrome is blocking download of the above zip file (Steam version) stating it's dangerous. Is this just my browser or did this happen to anybody else as well?
Edit: It's OK now. I can download the file using Chrome.

Just a warning, Cheats can break your game. It happened to me. It looks like there are issues using devMod after the game was released (r1.0).

Is Genshin still banning players for using this? I got banned in October for a month after using the instructions from OP.
