For clarity it would be great if you could make a table for this so more people can access this. the table dident want to upload with it just being a single option value is hot keyed to - i try and get all daily and weekly quest 100% but i dont see the progression increase.. actually how this works?

For anyone getting zero for Debug #1 and Debug #2, try this. Load into Campaign or Avengers Initiative from the main menu and you should be walking around in one of the hubs.
