what version is your game? this is for 1.10.1. AND cheat engine 7.2. Im also running windows 10 (don't know if that makes a difference). Should work with both base game and DLC.

I have just the base game and unfortunately neither "job" nor "case" scripts work. The base address isn't detected I believe and all the values are empty/not found (??).
