FearLess Cheat Engine

Author said he quit and left. It won't be updated. Never got to use it, but I am looking for a way to spawn or change a servant/ Prisoners blood to 100%. I am sure many of you are too.

Does anyone know of a way to modify the blood quality of enemies? or spawn in enemies with a predefined quality? pain in the ass finding 100%s even at endgame and riding thru high-density locations. Haven't seen a file editor, or relic adder that has been working, I have used the ones in this Topic before, but it would seem an update has broken it?
