STN, can you please include in your first post, in big bold red letters that due to the nature of EAC, using any sort of cheat both on and offline can result in a suspension of your account. People are literally making new accounts for the same question that's been asked and answered over and over ...

Have anyone tried hacking non-essential item (like arrows) quantity and then playing online? I doubt they can ban for that, cuz theoretically you could just legit farm those items offline and then go back online. I would honestly not be surprised if the save data contains a full record of your item...

In theory: no. Everything you did offline without leaving traces in your savefile cannot get you banned.

Just a warning: unlike previous FromSoftware games, this one uses EasyAnticheat. You will be, mostly likely, instantly banned from online play for using CE. Use CE only if you 100% not interested in online play.

Is it just me or does the xp mult not work properly? I thought the #5 means it multiplies by 5, but doesn't seem to be the case. I tested it out by killing a mob, seeing exp diff, then turning it on, and #5 seems to only x2 the exp Xp gain works in a weird way in this game. Especially in monoliths ...

Maybe you have slow pc, sometimes mono needs time to initialize (3-5 sec). You can edit old script, for example: Cheat: DISABLE Item Fracture when crafting -> Right click -> Change script -> Copypaste new code there.
Or you can create a new one: Memory View -> Tools -> Auto Assemble -> Copypaste code there -> File -> Assign to current cheat table.
