FearLess Cheat Engine

Can someone help me, I have a six senses sword with 0 dps in my inventory which is already equipped somewhere idk where but it gets equipped with the other 2 swords that I equip, so visually I have 3 swords equipped. It happened when I messed with the inventory editor a lil bit. someone help?

Once you erased it don't forget to quick save (F5) and then quick load (F9), and don't close the CE 'til u finish gaming I know and I did it. The thing is if you equipped the item you wiped it won't be erased, like the six sense sword is like already equipped so it won't be wiped even if I wiped it...
