Update 27 :) Hey,you can get gang leader/merchant relationship up to 99 I tried it myself but you needs do them all 1 by 1 increasing their relation and scan is too much hassle I'm not skill enough, could you make/add it to table with your master skill? i am still not able to do this with console c...
