I found a way to make stat changes semi-permanent. 1. go to Lacrima screen and highlight a character 2. search for current value 3. equip Lacrima 4. search for new value (keep in mind that MP and HP have two values, current and max) 5. change value and KEEP IT CHECKED The change now persists through...

He won't. The game has BASE values (not that hard to find via trace), which reset on game restart and ADD value which are based on Lacrima items. Then there are LEVEL values which are based on you current level. You cannot edit (enter any number you want) on any of these values which are permanentl...

Dude, stats will reset if you restart the game and/or use the Lacrima items. Therefore editing them will become useless. You should remove the character stats from the table. Not only that, they reset after every battle as well. Plus, the stat pointers in their table(ATK, DEF, LUC, SPE) have no eff...

What are you trying to do? I was trying to make my own table for stat pointers, but couldn't find a permanent address which pointed to the stats. This one has max HP and MP They reset once you leave battle though. I had the same problem when I was trying to do this myself. Maybe you should work with the Lacrima equip screen instead? When I changed the stats there, they also switched back after leaving battle, loading a save or changig a Lacr...

Have you looked at implementing stat pointers yet? Finding the values is easy, but the stats reset to their actual values everytime a battle ends, a lacrima is changed or a save is loaded. Saving while the stats are altered also does not help. Plus, when I try to search for the opcode I only find a ...

Alright, finding the stat adresses proved to be incredibly easy. They are all 4 Byte values, just scan for them, equip a Lacrima and scan for the new value.
