does some know how to permanently change weapons/armors stats values damages and defense? every time i reload a save the items always goes back to native damages and defense stats. Can you add options for vehicle health?? unlike warthog, all other vehicles (Tanks, banshees, ghosts etc.) have annoying vehicle health.

Question: Can you able to add vehicle health for CE and 2? Its very hard to use vehicles with one hit kill, specially with Banshees and Ghosts.
