Is there anyway I can adjust a mod key? Specifically, for the Ikaros teleport, I'd like to use DPad Down + <set waypoint> (Basically, if I'm piloting Ikaros, holding DPad Down, and I hit A to set the waypoint, I want to teleport. (Yes, that says KH3, it works on KH1, too).

You can pretty much just add all the synthesis materials, ap/power/def Ups you'd like.
