Is there any working version of the table with teleport to waypoint?

Is there a table that lets me respec mastery? I chose necromancer, and I'd prefer to switch to warlock without making a new character. I seem to recall one of the old tables for beta had an option to do this. I don't think you can change mastery via cheat table as it gets hard coded once you select...

Yeah why not also have an option to track enemies and move our mouse around to kill mobs while we watch Netflix and sip our coffee

Skills, electrum and resources seems to be server side so these cannot be edited (it seems). I can change electrum, and it is visibly changed on screen, but it reverts back to original value, after I buy something or the game makes a check after a mission ends.
