What do you mean by hacking up Rune levels? If you mean guaranteeing that runes are level 25 or 26, check out seikur0's table: http://fearlessrevolution.com/viewtopic.php?t=1638 I am trying to figure out how to manipulate exactly which rune drops. No success thus far. I have a feeling that it's near...
