im stuck in apparasil box for safi jiva anyone know how to get rid of all the reqwards

see this is the problem im having and when i verified it just redownloaded 38 gbs.

verify it where when i did that last time the game redownloaded itself on steam

or just download the fearlessrevolution trainer who has a working 1 jewel option. now can someone tell me how to get safi matrials cause its all greyed out for me when i try and buy it from shop.

yea its in the shop but i cant buy it and i dont know how to add it to box the safi matrials are just question marked greyed out

i dont have any mods about items i just added them with an item shop editor and it wont let me buy them

how can i add safi parts to inventory they are all grayed out.
