Ok i managed to get a pointer script set up but then i couldnt find the value i want on my normal save. I think this is because the loan rules are EUROPE wide not league wide. is it possible to edit europe rules in fm editor?

I don't really want to get in touch. I think the MTL translation is probably good enough. I dont plan on supporting the trainer. I was going to port the changes. These kinds of rule changes are best edited with the editor. I looked at one point but do not know if it is exposed anywhere in the advanced rules xml...
