Did anyone ever make a method of adding spells to class spell books instead of the common one?

Has anyone managed to make Skill proficiencies and expertise permanent? Nothing I've tried lasted through saving and loading.

I'm not sure why, but for some reason the "Experience Points Data" scripts is failing all of a sudden. It says "The array of byte name expDataInject2 could not be found"; though this means nothing to me as I'm basically code illiterate. I thought I messed something up on accident so I tried download...

Has anyone gotten the talent and attribute point cheats to work on the gamepass version yet? Pretty much the only thing holding it back for me.

Does anyone have a script(or several) that would add all non-legendary items for the purpose of unlocking their transmog/appearance stuff? I tried to make some myself and it doesn't seem to be working as I hoped.
