did you try this? looks like its still working on the 2.20 version - you can spawn items - level up - use infinite health and energy and so on.

Well, the game is protected by Easy-Anti-Cheat ( according to steamdb )
Im not sure which version, in worst case its the "online" version that needs a driver emulation bypass.
