FearLess Cheat Engine

I don't know if this question has been asked before, but wen using the -Edit Unit (During Combat) V2- option to edit the weapon skills and such all to S+ rank do the skills that unlock which each individual level up also unlock or do they stay locked?

I don't know if its me doing something wrong or my game being stupid. I used this table like 3-4 months ago then i uninstalled the game because i got bored, now i have reinstalled the game but the table does not work anymore, the only thing it does is crash my game, Does anybody know how to fix this...

The game is super easy to edit. I have max of all crafting materials just by doing basic 4 byte searches. That allowed me to get plenty of items and ammo.
