Updated challenge card for steam users.

It looks like your Challenge Card table needs to be updated again as they just dropped another patch and it crashes the game.

I've seen some people say they have issues with random people being locked (like Godfather) with 1.16 and using my new unlocker I haven't tested this but back up your save and try this Reset Unlocker.cem apply it the same way you apply the unlocker, then apply the unlocker again at the same address...
