I'm new to this, why can't I get certain options to activate? No reload, infinite ammo, perfect accuracy and unlimited stamina all will not work. Any idea why?

+1 I would also love this. I've been trying to learn how to use cheat engine myself but it doesn't seem to work for me with this game!
