Thanks for the instruction, I updated a few things in the table based on this. (Console in Ironman, Modded achivements, ethic & civic points)

Unfortunately, the option to enable achievements does not work.
Addition. I made a mistake, I forgot to click on ironman mode. Works!

I really don't understand how to add spells, there is no information about it in the topikstart (but there is a list of spells) and in general there are a lot of lists without explaining how to use them. Someone please explain.
