Is there a way to just add like 99 of every ability part? Or is it still the doing it 1 by 1 entering the corresponding number method? If it's still that does anyone have an up to date list?

Yes, super simple 4byte scan with cheat engine or any other similar tool. 'First scan' for the value of your current dispatch items, then use some to change the value and do a 'next scan' with the new current value and you'll find the address. Just edit the value to whatever number of dispatch item...

Is there any way to change the number of the dispatch item? As in the one that makes it go faster?
