Re: The Outer Worlds (steam version)
Spreading some info here: you can find the attribute points addresses as 4-byte values between 548 and 552, depending on how many points you spent on them--- but you ALSO have to find a corresponding address that tracks how many points you've invested in it- the two have to match (548 & 0, 549 & 1, ...

Blood West (Early Access)
New game just released yesterday.
To whom it may concern: the game uses a standard 4-byte value for skill points.
I was able to find it with just the 3 points at level 2 by repeating the first two scans multiple times, whittling the number of addresses down to just 22.

Re: Caves of Qud
Yeah, tried searching for points remaining, points spent, and then unknown initial values that increased/decreased (not by a specific amount) with point allocation, but no luck.
I think you can just use the in-built 'wish' command without turning off achievements though, fyi.

Huh, so they finally filled in the perks eh?
Might be worth another go. Shame about the tables apparently, maybe mods are the way to go in the meantime?

Re: Balrum
I've been trying the arrays and tables and .exe vs .jav for about an hour now and I've just gotten a hit with Cake-san's Balrum 1.5.ct on the steam version's .jav, activating 'Status" It didn't work the first time I tried it though. The only other semi-hit was using the original cake-san/contra tabl...

Ostranauts (2020 Early Access)
Sup. "Sequel" to the indie cult classic "NEO Scavenger", Ostranauts, is in early access. And I wanted to cheat in it. Figured I'd post my findings. First, I tried scanning for the character 'skillpoints' integer like an idiot. To do this, I told CE to look for a value that increased/decreased a numb...

So you didn't have to repack the Shared.pak?

Re: z Baldur's Gate 3
Went ahead and tested out some of these edits to Shared.pak. The good: Adjusting AP/BP DOES work! But with a caveat- while you can make 2+ attacks in one turn, you can't use any of the other standard actions/bonus actions twice. No double-jump. Editing proficiencies after starting the game seems to ...

Re: z Baldur's Gate 3
snip This looks promissing. There's many possibilities with these files, first of all I wonder how it worked in DoS2, but I guess this is the base definition of player characters: new entry "_Hero" snip data "ActionResources" "ActionPoint:1;BonusActionPoint:1;ReactionActionPoint:1;SpellSlot:0:0:1" ...

Re: [REQUEST/HELP] Baldurs gate 3.
snip So, what we're doing is changing the number of points the game thinks we've "invested" into each attribute during character creation. To do that, max out the attribute you want to change. (Doesn't matter what the total is- if the stat has a bonus it'll be higher but the 'total invested' will s...

Re: [REQUEST/HELP] Baldurs gate 3.
snip snip I apologize for being such a neophyte but would you be able to tell us your exact search settings per command? Ive been trying to mimic what you wrote but it seems im unable to replicate it. So, what we're doing is changing the number of points the game thinks we've "invested" into each a...

Trying to follow the multi-level pointers now but it might take some time. Strength alone has 78 results.

Re: Pillars of Eternity (2017-02-06)
Just want to point out- this still works with the latest release, at least for editing MC stats. You have to activate the Player Base Address Scan Initialization, then activate 'Player Base Address Scan' and open your character sheet, then change 'Player Update Base Address?' to 1 and activate it , ...

Hey, just wanted to say thanks for sharing, Sigan & co.<br /> My global xp might be stunted but these tables are a real time-saver, and preferable to closed-up trainers imo (no offense to folks who disagree lol)<br /> Am real glad you guys are around!<br /> <br /> -edit<br /> Hey, btw,...
Re: Exanima
figured I'd post it here for anyone to download or use to make it easier to update main table, enjoy 8-) Thank you! Reminder to everyone else, you can find Derrin's HP by duplicating the player character's and then subtracting 4 from the offset. So 'Add Address Manually' & select 'Float', check 'po...
