FearLess Cheat Engine

Can anyone help me get this to work? I must be making a simple mistake somewhere along the line but can't for the life of me figure out what's wrong. I have the steam_appid.txt with 1245620 saved in it and placed in the game directory, I am launching from the .exe directly instead of through stream....

Those Oratory skill numbers carry over between games. Though they change if the game is closed and re-opened. So just play through the campaign start a couple times to find the values as the first mission always awards 1 point in 2 skills.
