I would also love to see an update to the table if anyone has the time.

I've managed to get the GovernmentBudget and PersonalWealth and set it to 9. Not sure if that's as high as it can go and that's why it kept resetting for me previously.

this no longer seems to work? The game crashes right after choosing a name if I try to up the starting stats of a character. Or am I perhaps doing something wrong?
