Downloaded the file but my computer doesn't recognize it as an archive for some reason. Won't even try to open it up.

Solved: 7Zip wasn't opening the file. Grabbed Winrar and it worked.

To an extent. Right now only Inf. Action Points and Inf. Item Use are working for me. The rest won't even select. Gold is easy enough to find though. It's just a couple of 4 byte searches away.

Pretty sure if it did you'd of heard about it by now. Haven't had a problem yet.

Depends what you're changing the item to. You'll also need to change the item type if changing an element to a product/tech and visa versa. There are also some unused entries towards the bottom of the list, mixed in with some valid ones I believe. Keep that in mind too. Thanks for pointing that out...
