I think I narrowed down the issue I mentioned, the equip/un-equip all skills script is always active, and the un-equip doesn't seem to work correctly.

Has there been an update on how to set the upgrade level of gear? I've tried through the normal tools, but I've been unable to locate where the value is being set, and it keeps resetting the upgrade level to the original one.
